Debut director Kenneth Lim Dagatan, after his celebrated short film “Sanctissima,” kicks off his genre career with “MA” : a slow-burn supernatural horror chiller with a lethal twist.

While wandering alone in the forest, Samuel, the oldest of three siblings, stumbles into a mysterious cave that grants wishes. His wish - to resurrect his dead mother, comes with a price. Desperate, Samuel will do anything to give the cave what it wants, even if it’s something sinister, just for his beloved mother.

Commissioned by the largest VOD platform in the Philippines (iWant), MA was the first original content created to launch the platform.
